5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, you become responsible for the package. Please inspect plants immediately upon arrival.

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date for most items. Exceptions include:

  • Custom-grafted specimens (“cv” items)
  • Plants that have been repotted
  • Digital products
  • Clearance items
  • Delicate specimens like Acer ginnala and Albizia varieties
